 How long is the live program?

We’ll be together for 10 weeks.

 What are the dates?

The first lesson goes out January 4th. You’ll have a full 2 weeks to complete the homework.
Our first live coaching call is January 11th.

Then we’ll have a coaching call every other week (in between lessons)

 How much time will I need to dedicate to this coaching? 

You'll move at your own pace. This is a 100% virtual course. You will receive one new training with assignments every two weeks. There is a live Q&A with Kevin on the in-between weeks for those who have purchased the live coaching option. So you’ll be able to create your own schedule and get all of your questions answered along the way.

 Is Escape Velocity only for freelancers who’ve never had a client?

No. Having some experience working with clients is a plus. EV will show you a new way to position yourself in the market and land higher quality clients.

 What if I don’t have any experience writing copy?

EV is designed to take you from “what’s this copy stuff all about?” to working freelancer. We include 4 different trainings to get you up-to-speed and proficient in copywriting “money skills” that are in-demand right now.

I often get students from other countries who have learned English as a second language. In my experience, while it may take you a little longer to learn the basics…

  I hate learning online, will I still be able to use Escape Velocity?

If learning online through videos is not something you prefer, we have other methods for you to get the same material...

Our course materials will be hosted and delivered through video and audio. You do not need to complete your assignments online, but you do need to access the assignments online.

It’s important that you do have a computer to use. Most of the course materials will be hosted on our Copy Chief websites, and the Q&A coaching calls will also be hosted online.

You can easily download the course material and watch them offline on your own time.
